How does one get a photo encapsulated in the PSA holder. The last few times I have sent in for Type 1 authentication, all it came back with was a letter stating so. I love the holders because I can pick them up and show them off (I know I can do that with a top loader but want to show both the PSA designation and the photo).

They no longer encapsulate them. It used to be that they would only encapsulate photos if they were 8 x 10. But they don't even do that any longer. They were supposedly getting damaged in the holder.
