My idea is that anyone is free in this thread to post image and description (if you wish) of a card--major or obscure--you are wiling sell for for exactly $500 (plus shipping). Of course it is best if it seems like a very fair value, and doesn't come off as a card you are trying to dump at maybe an inflated price--enough of that at eBay.
