 I have learned - by experience 

 - if you have a minimum you want to get for an item, set the starting bid at that minimum. If you wanted to do a quick sell, you'll minimize your profits, but reduce the time you'll be sitting on your money. I'd look to start the auctions at $15 for the most part. Do research on each individual card. Check sold listings, and sort by Lowest Price + Shipping. Always base your potential profits off of minimums. 
If you are looking for the a quicker turnaround, the 26 individual cards won't reap you much of a profit. Like Bruinsfan said, you'll want to maximize your profits with the HoFers and Lundgren.
