I've never seen that before but my guess is they think it is ungraded without actually coming out and saying it.

Almost dead centered with four strong corners, fresh edges, and exceptionally bright surfaces throughout. A truly pack fresh card which has all the eye appeal of a NM-MT+ card. As good as it gets for the issue, far superior to the typical NM-MT example and as such represents a world class investment piece.
