Pedro Martinez 20th win ticket + 15 K's (9/4/99 @ Seattle). This was arguably Pedro's finest year as he won the pitching triple crown and his second Cy Young award. Stub has a chunk missing out of the top as you can see in the scan. Tough ticket.
