Default FS: John Adams Signed as POTUS
Dated July 13, 1799, President John Adams signed Military appointment. Counter signed by Secretary of The Navy Benjamin Stoddert. Great piece of history here. Comes with LOA from John Reznikoff/University Archives. Overall size is 14.5” X 19.5”.
