Hello again

I found this in a large collection I just bought. It is from the opening night of the New York Yankees minor league team in Staten Island. A program and ticket stub were also included.

This is from an opening night ceremony. It is signed on top, but I can't make out the name. The first name is legible but the last name is partly obscured. I don't know if this is a player or possibly a Yankee from the past.

If anyone has any ideas on the signature, it will be appreciated.

I forgot to mention earlier, this has plastic coating, which is why the signature may not look as bold.
