Not conclusive, but you can almost guarantee just about any player who lived beyond the 1990s to have one if they were elected to the HOF prior to their death. I can't think of a player off the top of my head that would not have one and lived into the 2000s. Campanella even falls into this category technically, with a Front Row certified autograph.
If you include cut autos as well that were made into cards, that has added a bunch of prior deceased players as well.
I bookmarked this guy's collection a while back. it seems that you could get a pretty accurate count from just his collection and some basic knowledge of the cut industry (if he is missing any biggies that have certified cuts). Pretty amazing collection.
