Did you purchase it directly from NFL Auctions or from someone who purchased it from them?
Did their listing show the turf marks?
I'm personally not a fan of dirty jerseys. They stink, grass stains will not be green for long...
To some it's the only way to go. I collect a lot of vintage and I've never seen off the field jerseys in football until early 2000's...
