As long as you are just talking about PSA cards, PSA offers it on their website for free. I'm not sure how complete the data is, but I guess it gives you some decent idea. For example if you wanted to buy a 1975 Topps Brooks Robinson PSA graded, you could find that data here:

Not perfect, but it is free.
