Unfortunately I was out of the area on business the night of the '83 Gala and I missed it.
At the Orioles Fan Fest the following January, the Babe Ruth Museum had a table set up and were selling programs and posters they had left over from the event.
I bought them both and here is the program and I'll post the poster (which is really cool) at a later date:
