Question for variation enthusiasts - both the Gilkeson/Nozaki guide and Baseball Card Pedia show 3 variations of this card. TCDB lists a 4th, a variation of the version without the bonus cards listed, and with black lines on top and bottom on the right side of the reverse of the card. Here is the link to the illustration:

I know that TCDB has in the past taken down an image of another variation in another set which seems to have been a fake. Opinions as to whether this 4th variations (no bonus cards, 2 black bars) actually exists or not?
