This reminds me of that commercial where a woman buys a pack of cigarettes and the person behind the counter says "honey, you are going to have to give more than this." Then the girl rips off a part of her cheek and lays it on the counter.
PSA to their customers: "I'm sorry but I will need at least an arm or a leg in order to complete this transaction. We are fresh out of taking your firstborn. Have a nice day."
