As the Quarterly Specials CTD hasnt budged from Aug 9ish, 2020 in well over a month - I can only assume that they are focusing on (and cashing in on) only the much more profitable "Express" and "Super Express" submits over the last year.
When this is finally over - I'm pretty sure that you wont be able to get me to walk across the street to "piss on PSA - even if they are on fire".
There is ZERO excuse for this kind of customer service!
