I believe I learned of the card in 2010 or so and hadn’t seen any for sale for the four years leading up to my purchase. There’s always a chance you stumble upon one in a random postcard lot, so don’t give up hope. But I wouldn’t hold my breath either!
I learned of this through Derek years ago and have not seen one since.
