 Fair enough. He is the first postmaster in more than 2 decades without specific USPS experience. The rest I would agree with you at least probably on intention. I don't think it was a formally stated goal of the Trump administration to destroy the post office, even though that sounds up to snuff. His party has wanted to privatize it for years.
