An SGC graded 1996 Donruss Power Alley Die-Cut #40/5000 Ken Griffey Junior for your consideration. Only one graded by SGC from what I can see and it comes in at an 86 NM+ (old grading number).
A nice low number Die-Cut Junior. I have seen a few but not many die-cut.
