I appreciate your comment, which is accurate, but actually not germane to the issue. I "waded" and was 100% going by what this seller indicated to me (direct quote above) as I would otherwise have stayed far away. But I was willing to take the chance knowing the authentication fees were on me and this seller would refund me for the purchase price if it did not pass.
