PayPal cash in acct# but always use your Credit Card to Pay
I bought some Pokémon online buying through PayPal used a little cash that was left in my PayPal account, paid the difference with my credit card--the transaction was fraudulent--PayPal said tough on a cash refund, fortunately my credit card provider reversed the difference in the charge after they researched. -- so will Goods and Services transitions always protect the buyer 100 percent??--
