Even if you try to argue he was an offensive only player, he was generally the top guy (or close to it) in +/- rating, on whatever team he was on. |
I met Dionne at a card show in Toronto just before the pandemic, and although he's the same age as my mother (70), he could have kicked my ass pretty fast! The guy is a tank! He must have been a nightmare to guard during his playing days. And yes, I got him to sign my card!
