It's a matter of experience really. To any normal person I'm sure it just looks like what a T206 looks like, but to anyone who has spent hundreds of hours looking at T206s (like most of us here) it's a ridiculously bad fake.
As far as difficulty level, it's like asking me if I can tell the difference between two of my own family members' faces versus asking me if I can tell the difference between two houseflies.
