Does that mean if there is a scratch or something else on the case or if the card is being submitted because it was classified incorrectly, that PSA will always re-slab etc. with the same original grade? I have several cards I would like to get re-slabbed for such reasons, but I worry whether PSA might simply decide whether to re-grade. Also is there a reduced charge for re-slabbing ONLY.
