Been inactive for a while but was such a tempting question, had to put in my 2c.
People hang up over the pop differences between his more plentiful house y issues and his 1920 b&w issues. The 1920 issues definitely have rarity appeal, but in terms of appeal, imo, nothing matches the 1933 issues and his 144 is probably the best looking from 33 goudey given his full figure batting portrait.
I get the fraction pop difference. But the pop for his 144 issue is small relative to demand and I would believe given the accessibility, aesthetics and popularity of his 33 issues, you definitely can’t go wrong with it. Or with any of his issues.
Imagine if they made a 1915 Cracker Jack of ruth! That would be king!
