Very doubtful they will grade at any shows.
They did pre-grade at the National for $25 per card but to get it encapsulated you had to send it in and pay $18 instead of $30 for the fee.
So, for $43 instead of $30 you could get it graded on basically the same time frame as just submitting it to them.
