Yes, he was a pusher/brakeman in the 2 man bobsled at the 1992 Olympics in Albertville, France.
Here he is waving during the opening ceremony.

The other Black athlete in the opening ceremony is Greg Harrell. He went to the University of Maryland. Was on the practice squad for the Chargers and Raiders. Played one year of Arena football and also played for the London Monarchs of NFL Europe. He was the pusher/brakeman on the other 2 man bobsled.
The U.S. had two other Blacks on the bobsled team in 1992. They were also members of the 1994 team in Lillehammer, Norway. They were:
Chris Coleman who attended SUNY Binghamton and was a 5 time small college All American in track.
Jeff Woodard who attended UCLA and was on the track team and a safety on the football team.
They were not even the first Blacks to compete as bobsledders for the U.S. The honor goes to Willie Davenport gold medalist in 1968 and bronze medalist in 1976 in the 110m hurdles. He was the number 3 man on the USA 1 4 man bobsled at the 1980 Olympics.
