			Larry- I'm a comic collector for 40+ years. I can tell you that single pagecollecting is a relatively new thing, as CGC now encapsulates single pages.
 People usually acquire these from ultra valuable books like early Detective
 or Action, because complete encapsulated copies are really costly. That way,
 the collector at least has a "page" of history. Again, not my ball of wax but
 there you go. There's nothing "suspicious" about this practice, it's pure
 economics at work.
