Is your Ripken Jr graded a 10 Pristine? That has to be what makes it a $20M card. A quick internet search shows 2013 Topps missing the foil are not super rare and sell for less than $10 each with super stars listed for a whopping $39.95 but they are not graded a 10 Pristine like this one.
