Real cool visuals. There are a handful documented and likely all the cards on that sheet were similarly printed…. Missing yellow… The sheet likely ended up in the dumpster, or was taken home by one of the printing company employees, where it was unceremoniously cut down by little Johnny with the dull scissors. All of the known examples are hand cut and that appears to have been done a LONG time ago. All of the ones that I have seen have the final version printed checklist on the reverse.
