Default Ebay help needed....phone number anyone?

I need to speak with someone at ebay to get something figured out.

I sold an two items to the same person. One was paid for which is ok.
Here is where the problem is. On item 2, it says I marked it as paid which I did not. If I go on my ebay seller hub like I am going to print the label, I get a message that the item has not been paid for yet. And on my payout page it shows nothing paid twice. I messaged the buyer and let them know I was going to relist and they can make the same offer I accepted previously.

On the buyers end, they went to pay and the payment was processing for two hours. He cancelled it and made payment again. (as my payout shows twice that nothing was received). Then it shows as paid on his trans history page. And on the message I sent to him about relisting, there is a payment now button which does nothing.

So I need to contact ebay and their preselected Q&A questions is useless for something like this. So, does anyone have a phone number or an email for ebay?
