1st two are Type III's.
Telephoto is kind of an off-shoot of the Wire Photo process, but has more of a dot matrix pattern, then the wavy lines you see under magnification for a "Wire" photo.
3rd one hard to tell without having it in hand. Suspect it's also a "Telephoto", but not sure from the scan.
