A Charles Butler with no middle initial did purchase or sell 14.57 acres on April 4, 1931 and another 71.93 acres on September 27, 1932 in Bryan County, GA. Depending on where in the county, it is about 50 - 70 miles from Brunswick. That Charles Butler did execute a power of attorney July 14, 1931 (Book 2S Page 162).
