Perez- Steele might have been able to shut them down if they were still really in production.

There was a place that was cutting Late 80's cards, mostly Donruss and making a 3 layer thing that was 3 D ish.

They didn't last long, MLB went after them and apparently making a non licensed product out of licensed product was not allowed. I should have bought one, but at something like $20 each I was waiting for the inevitable clearance sale.

I do have a thing that was locally made by gluing a licensed photo to a foamboard base, cutting it out them attaching it to a wood base so it stood up. Serial numbered, but I doubt they actually sold as many as the serial numbers claim. I'm not sure if they just went out of business or if some sports league put them out.
