Resurrecting this thread since I learned from this group awhile back about signed balls. BTW, I ended up keeping the 1958 Braves stamped ball. Obviously I'm still learning because I still can't tell for sure if either of these balls are facsimile. The 2 signed balls in the photos are not mine. In looking at the whiter ball on the left, a couple signatures seem to reach over the stitches a bit, plus many of the signatures seem to have the same darkness. So I believe that ball is facsimile? The darker ball on the right has a few signatures that seem to overlap the stiches a bit, but seems to have some variance in pen darkness, with some different colored pen ink. It also has some overlap for some signatures. So this ball might not be a facsimile? Any insights appreciated. Thank you.
