I haven't seen this posted anywhere so I apologize if it already was. But I was just thinking about how I used to see Fred post auctions seemingly almost daily, and that he hasn't posted since late 2024. So I googled his name and unfortunately found this.

I didn't know him well but know many of you did and would like to know this. I liked reading his auction posts, they were funny, e.g. Bidding starts at the coveted $7 bill.
