Purchased a historic "Cut" Babe Ruth PSA/DNA Certified Autograph from The Bullpen Sports Collectibles in Manhattan. Upon receiving the FedEx package, I immediately noticed significant evidence of tampering.
This item was graded and authenticated by PSA/DNA and has a special inscription on the back which cannot be replicated.
