Thanks for the updated pic. I'll take a stab, but TBH I have never seen one like this before (and I've seen a lot of pennants through the years).
There are Joe D. pennants that have his likeness via a Portrait or Batting Pose, and have captions like "Yankee Clipper", etc. This one (while super-rare) does not have any baseball imagery, and that keeps the price down. Plus, it's 3/4 (not full) size.
But it has a very nice graphic image of the restaurant, it has Joe's name on it, and it appears to be in great shape. I would estimate the value at $350 -$400. I have seen other souvenirs from his restaurant that command decent money. I own a Glass with his image on it and a pair of salt/pepper shakers in the shape of baseballs. This pennant is probably more collectable than both of those, so it should do pretty well. Hope this is helpful.
