Looking at the differences in grading of HOF players vs. common players with Pat's great list in the original post in another way, 66 of the 69 most frequently graded cards are Hall of Fame players. The three non-HOF players amongst the 69 are two different cards of Chase (both part of the super print group), and Gandil, a Black Sox player.
