I can only imagine the AI prompt for this listing -

I can't imagine this is effective in the least. Don't even know what is being sold here...and the 21 photos image gallery doesn't help in the slightest.
So many things to pick apart, I don't even want to rattle that cage in my brain.
Funny thing is, this seller has other rather normal listings sprinkled in also. Maybe this is just an experiment they are doing.
None of these weird listings appear to be on their "SOLD" items list.
