For Auction is a lot of Topps Stamps; Lot includes singles from 1961 and 1962 and Panels from 1969.
Overall Stamps are being sold as “LOW GRADE” (partly because I don’t really know how to grade stamps).
Lot does have some duplication and Hall of Famers.
