You and the others are welcome. It's such a helpless feeling it sucks.
And don't think for a split second we haven't been looking at options/platforms to fix this forever. It's very difficult with the amount of data here and the fact the s/w is so old. Converting to a different platform and keeping all of this data won't be easy.
