1939 Play Ball #72 Debs Garms AUTOGRAPHED beautiful card with a "cut signature" attached to the side of the card as pictured. I looked at the other Debs Garms autos on Ebay, and this looks similar to those.
Played 12 seasons as an outfielder and third baseman for the St. Louis Browns, Boston Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, and St. Louis Cardinals. He won the National League batting title in 1940, hitting .355 for the Pirates despite having played in only 103 games and garnering 358 at bats. Garms' batting title proved very controversial because of his limited playing time. Mr Garms passed away in 1984
PayPal friends/family. Shipping is $1 in a plain white envelope. In the event the envelope is lost in the mail, I’ll refund 1/2 the purchase amount to the buyer. This just seems fair to me. I can guarantee I will drop the envelope in the mail. Rather than mail a plain white envelope at buyers risk, we can share the risk. I combine shipping.
