When I was in Taiwan I saw a couple games and have a box of Taiwan baseball "wax" packs. Not really wax packs but probably the equivalent. I'm going to guess that was from the 90s. I'll have to dig it up one of these days. Still unopened. Maybe I'll open them.
Do the ballparks for the Expos and Blue Jays count? They're Canada, but they are MLB teams.
