I get your viewpoint, but you’re talking like auction comps are the law of the land when anyone who’s been around this hobby long enough knows they swing all over the place. One sale at $18k and a turnover at $3k doesn’t set the value it just shows how inconsistent auctions can be depending on timing, bidders, and the venue. Which you and i had spoke about and YOU stated a circle sold for 18 grand then said the value of mine was 3 grand based on comp but then offer slightly above the comp price.
