My order that was received on 10/1 was just shipped back. All in all, will be a little over two months for me. While the post-grading/slabbing time has been a bear for me lately, this time that was done very quickly. Within about a day. I sent two emails asking about status checks and that may have helped.
The thing that was very frustrating is that, as others have said, they appear to no longer grade cards they've happily graded before. Two are coming back as cards they 'Cannot' grade and two are coming back as cards they 'Will not' grade. Not with the counterfeit label -- just cards they will not grade.
One of those is a 1925 Dominion Chocolate card, a pretty basic issue where they've graded nearly 200 in total. It is certainly authentic and simply a card in the checklist that they have not graded.
I have seen other people having this problem. Are they really not grading cards from sets if they haven't graded that specific one in the set anymore?
Edited to Add: I wonder if this is simply a problem with the mat size, as these are narrow and might require a custom cut, that they simply are not willing to do anymore (another dumb reason not to grade a card).
