Rob the bayonette style has been around for awhile from the 30s to even now, as for 1 3/4 size the Phillies seemed to use it more than any other team player PM10 pin. Here are 2 examples one with the bayonette style one with the straight pin style.... As for the pennant winners pin I would have to see an example of what you are talking about...
