Dan Mathewson...as I have said before, I'm not impressed with SGC and PSA trying to prove "who can be the toughest" and I think most of their grades the last couple years have been low by a half or full grade. I base that ONLY on their own published scales and descriptions of each class within the scale. I also base it on cards that each co. graded some years back (under the SAME criteria) that are not consistent with their grading today...in many cases, a full point difference. I'd crack it out. Send it to someone else. I don't use PSA or SGC anymore.
