Default Library of Congress Images on Ebay

My above post was not to suggest that an aesthetic argument is not valid. I was merely differentiating this Ward from all those correct-sized "I think it may be an old replica"s.

Personally, I am strongly against fakes and deceptive reprints. However, those who eventually benefit from all those computer printer reprints on and offline are the graders like PSA and SGC, and people like me. The more people says, "How can I tell if this is an original or a reprint from some bozo's computer" the more people contact me or go to graders.

Those who also will benefit are dealers with strong reputations for knowledge and honesty. With the proliferation of deceptive reprints, many buyers will more be likely to avoiding the average sellers or sellers who don't specialize in the particular area.
