Scott: I have several Boston players with the backs as you described graded by PSA and SGC between 2 and 4. By the way I am making progress on the Ramly Knight and I think I can get the oc off my 7, if so the other one is yours. Send me a scan of your Plank oc maybe we can get its oc removed at the same time.
