runscottthe complaints we are hearing would not be resolved by the SELLER being better! We're talking about sellers getting screwed by unscrupulous buyers who are protected by lame Paypal policies. I'm not worried about buyers like Elliot! I'm worried about buyers like "attic-toys".
But the nice thing about this discussion is that now everything's on the table and we can make intelligent decisions.
