The non-Blacks are Konstanty, Sauer, Grote. Koufax won it in 63, so it was actually 11 Blacks from 1949-62. I think Boyer won it in 64.

As for the PC term African-American, call a Jamican that and see what kind of reaction you get. African-American had to be the most illconcieved and least thought out of all the PC terms, although most PC terms just plain silly.
